Scary-A-Faire Celebration Downtown Upland, 2nd Avenue & 9th Street

Join us for a haunting experience at the Annual Scary-A-Faire Celebration...our safe alternative to trick-or-treating for children.  The streets will be closed off so that the trick-or-treaters can make their way safely through fun interactive games and activities.  Our costume contest will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:10 p.m. Dress up and be judged in the following categories: Best Character Representation, Scariest, Most Creative, Cutest, and Judges Choice for ages 0-4 years, family, and groups.  The costume contest judging will end promptly at 7:10 p.m. Winners will be announced and recognized at the gazebo at approximately 7:30 p.m.  Food vendors will be present.
