Claremont Senior Program

The Claremont Senior Program offers many opportunities for a variety of events and activities for seniors. Classes ranging from mobility classes to computer club are offered for personal enrichment. Have fun and get fit with the City of Claremont’s ongoing exercise classes and interest groups built to accommodate a busy schedule. Activities include yoga, writing groups, Mahjong, chess, dance, reading about money as well as so many other engaging classes. Excursions are always being planned. For instance, Tuesday March 4th there will be a Sweet and Savory Tour. Tucker Tours explores LA’s best sweets, treats, and buttery breads. Cuban, Asian, and European bakeries are on the menu for this tour, where everyone will get to sample delicious morsels at every stop. A luncheon at Tam O’Shanter Inn will be included. Support groups, social services and nutrition programs are also part of the many resources made available.
